Ensuring the dimensional accuracy of sleeve brick is the key to ensure its stability and service life in high temperature environment. The following are the methods and control techniques to ensure the dimensional accuracy of sleeve bricks:

I. Strictly control the quality of raw materials

The quality of raw materials directly affects the dimensional accuracy of finished products. In the production process, chemical and physical analysis should be carried out on the incoming raw materials to ensure that their composition and particle size meet the production requirements.

The appearance and impurity content of raw materials also need strict inspection to avoid dimensional deviation caused by raw material problems.

II. Optimizing the molding process

VI. Technical specifications and standards

Follow relevant standards, such as GB/T 5990-2021, to ensure that the production process and product quality meet the national standards.
