II. Chemical Composition Requirements
Alumina content (AL₂O₃): The alumina content of refractory bricks will affect their fire resistance and applicable scenarios. We offer a variety of products with alumina content ranging from 30% to 85%. Please specify the specific range of alumina content according to your service environment and fire resistance requirements, such as SK-32 (32-36% ALO), SK-34 (38-42% ALO), SK-36 (50-55% ALO), SK-38 (70-75% ALO) and so on.
Other chemical components: If there are any restrictions or specific requirements for other chemical components (such as FeO, SiO₂, etc.), please specify in detail, for example, the FeO content should not exceed 2.0%.
III. Physical performance requirements
Refractory: Refractory refers to the performance index that refractory bricks do not melt at high temperature. The fire resistance of our products ranges from 1580°C to 1850 C. Please specify the fire resistance of the required refractory bricks according to the service temperature of your furnace, such as 1790°C, 1825°C, etc.
Load softening temperature: This index reflects the stability of refractory bricks under the combined action of high temperature and load. Please let us know the softening temperature requirements of the required refractory bricks under a specific load, such as a load softening temperature of not less than 1500°C under a load of 2 kg/cm.
Apparent porosity: Apparent porosity affects the erosion resistance and thermal insulation performance of refractory bricks. The apparent porosity of our products is generally around 22%. If there are special requirements, please specify the specific numerical range, such as the apparent porosity does not exceed 20%.
