I. Product specifications and performance requirements
(1) chemical composition requirements
Clearly specify the range of aluminum content (Al₂O₃), for example, you want the aluminum content of the product to reach 50%-60%. Aluminum content will affect the key characteristics of products, such as fire resistance and bond strength, and different usage scenarios have different requirements for aluminum content.
If there are specific requirements for other chemical components (such as SiO₂, Fe₂O₃, etc.), please also let us know to ensure the stability of the product in a specific chemical environment.
(2) Fire resistance temperature requirements
According to the highest working temperature of the equipment you use, define the fire-resistant temperature that the high-temperature cement needs to reach. For example, if the highest temperature of your industrial furnace is 1500℃, you need to customize high-temperature cement with a fire-resistant temperature not lower than 1500℃ to ensure that there will be no phenomena such as melting and decomposition that affect the structural stability in high-temperature environment.
(3) Bond strength requirements
Describe the bond strength requirements of products at different temperatures. For example, the bond strength should reach X Mpa at room temperature and above Y Mpa at high temperature (such as 1200℃).
