In the production process of refractory mud, ensuring the quality of raw materials is the key link to ensure the performance and stability of the final product. The following are specific measures to ensure the quality of raw materials in the production of refractory mud:

I. Selection of raw materials

Select high-quality suppliers: When purchasing raw materials, the supply department and technical department need to strictly inspect the product quality, supply capacity, qualification certificate and reputation of suppliers.

Application of high-purity raw materials: the use of high-purity raw materials is the premise of manufacturing high-quality refractory mud. For example, high-purity alumina, high-alumina cement and other raw materials can significantly improve the performance of refractory mud.

II. Inspection of raw materials

Incoming inspection: after the raw materials enter the factory, the quality and technology department will conduct sampling inspection to ensure that their chemical composition and physical properties meet the requirements. Crushing and sieving: Crushing massive raw materials to a certain particle size, and sieving to ensure that the particles are uniform and meet the particle size requirements of refractory mud.

IV. Mixing and homogenization of raw materials

V. Quality control and testing

Particle size distribution detection: detect the particle size distribution of raw materials by screening analysis and other methods to ensure its uniformity.

VI. Continuous monitoring and improvement

Process monitoring: in the production process, the processing, mixing and molding of raw materials are monitored in real time to find and correct quality problems in time.

Feedback mechanism: adjust and optimize the quality control measures of raw materials according to the quality test results of finished products.
