Avoid sudden temperature change: before use, ensure that the temperature of nozzle brick matches the temperature of molten steel to avoid cracking of nozzle brick caused by sudden temperature change.

IV. Other considerations

Prevent molten steel from infiltrating: During installation, special attention should be paid to prevent molten steel from infiltrating into the gap between nozzle brick and plug rod or sleeve brick, which may lead to damage of nozzle brick.

Control the temperature of molten steel: ensure the temperature of molten steel is moderate, and avoid the damage of nozzle brick caused by too low temperature.

Finished product protection: After installation, protect the nozzle brick to avoid collision or damage in subsequent construction.
