Specific Application of Aluminum Silicate Fiber Paper

Aluminum silicate fiber paper has been widely used in many fields because of its excellent high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity and chemical stability. The following is its specific application:

I. Thermal insulation of industrial furnaces

Aluminum silicate fiber paper is widely used as high-temperature insulation material for various industrial furnaces, ladle, casting bucket and submerged nozzle. It can effectively block high-temperature heat transfer, reduce heat loss and improve energy utilization efficiency. At the same time, it is also used as electrical insulation and heat insulation material for industrial electric furnaces, and sealing material for expansion joints of furnace doors and furnace bodies.

II. Sealing of high-temperature equipment

In high-temperature equipment, aluminum silicate fiber paper can be used as sealing material for furnace doors, furnace expansion joints and other parts to prevent high-temperature gas leakage. It is also used to manufacture the sealing gasket of nuclear power valve to meet the long-term service requirements in high temperature environment.
