I. Thermal conductivity of aluminum silicate fiber module

Aluminum silicate fiber module has low thermal conductivity and usually shows good thermal insulation performance at different temperatures. The following are the specific data and influencing factors of its thermal conductivity:

Thermal conductivity range:

At 200℃, the thermal conductivity is about 0.050-0.060 W/(m k).

At 400℃, the thermal conductivity is about 0.095-0.120 W/(m k).

At 600℃, the thermal conductivity is about 0.160-0.195 w/(m k).

At 800℃, the thermal conductivity is about 0.20-0.22 w/(m k).

At 1000℃, the thermal conductivity is about 0.26-0.29 w/(m k).

II. Influencing factors:

Density: The density of aluminum silicate fiber module is generally between 190-240 kg/m, and the higher the density, the thermal conductivity usually decreases first and then increases.

Temperature: The thermal conductivity increases with the increase of temperature.

Fiber structure: the uniformity and arrangement of fibers will also affect the thermal conductivity.

(5) Environmental protection industry:

Used for heat insulation of waste incinerator and RTO waste gas treatment equipment.

As a fireproof material for high temperature equipment.

(6) Aerospace and construction engineering:

Used for thermal insulation and fire prevention of aerospace equipment.

As a fireproof material in building engineering.

(7) Other industries:

Used for sealing and heat insulation of high temperature equipment.

As a thermal insulation material for high-temperature liquid and gas conveying equipment.
