The installation of ceramic fiber module needs to pay attention to the following matters to ensure the construction quality and insulation effect:

I. Preparation before construction

Cleaning steel plate: before installation, the steel plate on the furnace wall should be cleaned, and the rusty steel plate should be derusted.

Wiring and marking: according to the design drawings, mark the welding position of anchor bolt.

Check tools and materials: ensure that the tools and materials needed for construction are complete and in good condition.

II. Welding of anchors

Accurate welding position: the welding position of anchor nail should be accurate, and the error should be strictly controlled. The deviation between the centers of adjacent bolts should be ≤2mm.

Welding quality inspection: after welding is completed, the welding quality of bolts should be checked to ensure firmness.

III. Installation of backing blanket

Staggered joint paving: ceramic fiber blanket needs staggered joint paving to avoid joint overlap and ensure the integrity of insulation layer.

Compression fixation: compress the ceramic fiber blanket to the required thickness and fix it with quick cards.

IV. Module installation

Installation sequence: the module installation should be carried out from the bottom up, and the top module should be installed first, and then the wall module should be installed.

Use special tools: When installing, use special tools to tighten nuts to ensure that the module is firmly fixed.

Compensation blanket filling: spread the compensation blanket on the cutting surface of the module and fix it with U-shaped nails to compensate fiber shrinkage.

V. Surface finishing

Cutting the packing belt: After the module is installed, cut the packing belt and pull out the protective sheet and guide tube.

Surface leveling treatment: pat the surface of the module flat with wooden boards to ensure that the module is extruded tightly, and the position with large gaps needs to be filled tightly with compensation blankets.

VI. Spraying of curing agent

Enhance the wind erosion resistance: spray a protective layer of curing agent on the surface of the module with the dosage of about 1.5kg/㎡ to enhance the wind erosion resistance and airflow erosion resistance of the module.

VII. Other considerations

Avoid mechanical damage: avoid mechanical damage to the module during construction, and replace it in time if it is damaged.

Sealing treatment: the gaps between modules and the joints with equipment and pipeline surfaces need to be filled and sealed with ceramic fiber blankets to ensure no air leakage or heat leakage.

Safety protection: Construction personnel should wear necessary protective articles and fasten safety belts when working at height.
