I, guiding molten metal to flow into a mold

The sprue cup is the first barrier for liquid metal to enter the mold. It smoothly introduces the molten metal poured from the ladle into the pouring system of the mold (such as sprue, runner, etc.) to ensure that the molten metal can fill the mold cavity smoothly and evenly. If there is no sprue cup, molten metal may splash, oxidize or turbulent due to direct impact on the mold, resulting in surface defects or internal quality problems of the casting.
